The Villa’s capacity is 225 guests for a seated dinner reception.
No, we will never book two events on the same day. You have exclusive rights to the venue during your event.
Yes, the Villa has a bridal suite upstairs which allows up to 8 guests for comfortable seating. The bridal suite includes a private restroom and terrace overlooking the courtyard and garden. It is available for use beginning at 10AM on the day of your event. Additional hours prior to 10AM are available at an extra charge.
Dancing takes place inside the Villa’s loggia, where there is an existing floor that’s perfect for dancing and no additional dancefloor is needed.
We have a window of 2-4 days prior to your event to make a decision if you would like to add a tent.
Yes, we accept outside Planners, Day of Coordinators, Florists, Photo Booths, Furniture/Décor, Bakers, Beverage Companies, Hair and Makeup Artists, Officiants and Photographers/Videographers. However, clients must select a DJ and/or a band from our pre-approved list. Villa Woodbine has in-house catering, tent, lighting and restroom trailer vendors.
Yes, Villa Woodbine is exclusively catered by the renowned team at Bill Hansen Catering & Event Production. Over the last four decades, Bill Hansen Catering has delighted thousands of couples and their guests at Villa Woodbine. BHC is known for its spectacular offerings, specialty cuisines and exceptional service.
Yes, round tables with linen, chiavari chairs in any color, napkins, flatware and glassware are all included in your catering package. Your Event Producer will schedule a visit with you to view our showroom, and to help complete your vision, we also help you rent other colors or styles by offering additional upgrades.
Florals are not included, however, we offer a highly recommended list of amazing floral vendors.
Villa Woodbine does not provide lodging, however, there are several hotel and AirBnB options within close proximity. Please ask your Event Producer for more details.

Yes, pets are allowed to be part of the ceremony only.

Shuttles that are up to 34 feet and can seat approximately 30 passengers. As Villa Woodbine’s driveways are narrow and not able to accommodate vehicles larger than this size, any vehicle exceeding the size limit is required to drop off and pick up guests directly on South Bayshore Drive near the entrance.
Yes, there is a designated area for smokers in the Villa’s pergola near the front entrance. There is no smoking allowed in the garden or inside the Villa.
Yes, valet is included with the rental.
Yes, Villa Woodbine is wheelchair accessible on the first floor only.
Included in the Villa’s garden, our oak trees are wrapped Christmas lights and we provide uplights throughout the garden and throughout the garden’s trees. We offer additional décor lighting as an upgrade, for example, chandeliers, bistro lighting, etc.
Yes, off-season rates run from June through September.
Yes, our rental rates and minimums vary depending on the day of the week, with more favorable pricing available for events on Fridays and Sundays compared to Saturdays.
